Guest check-in problem

Currently, the check-in is done face-to-face. The operator at the reception asks the guest for the identity document, a photocopy of the identity document, the signature of the check-in form with clauses for the management of personal data
and communication to public safety takes place.
The time required for the whole procedure is over 7 minutes per guest on average and requires the involvement of at least 1 operator.

Instasign Solution 

The guest performs a self-check-in with their identity document, signs the check-in form with clauses for the management of personal data, and communication to public safety takes place automatically.
The time required for the procedure is 40 seconds per guest on average and does not involve any operator.
